Program

Program name: Georgia Roofing Hub project alerts.

Homeowners get messages about their own project: new and updated quotes, inspection times and bookings, deposit and balance invoices, payment receipts, work started and completed, quote changes to approve, photos and review requests.

Roofers get messages about their business on the platform: new leads, being chosen by a homeowner, inspection bookings, payments, quote-change responses and new reviews.

These are service messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies with project activity.

How you opt in

Texting is always optional and never required to use the Service. You opt in by ticking an unchecked box, shown next to the full disclosure, in one of these places:

• Quote request form (georgiaroofinghub.com, last step, below your mobile number).
• Your quotes / project page ("Text me updates" box), reached from the link in your quotes email.
• Roofer application and Business settings in the partner portal.

The homeowner box reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Georgia Roofing Hub about my roofing project, including new quote alerts, inspection scheduling, payment reminders and job status updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not required to get quotes."

The roofer box reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Georgia Roofing Hub about my business account, including new lead alerts, job and inspection updates, payment notices and new reviews. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not required to join."

We record the time, wording and source of every opt-in. After you opt in on the project page, we send one confirmation text.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts; we'll confirm and send nothing further. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email support@georgiaroofinghub.com. Homeowners can also turn texts off on their project page, and roofers in Business settings. Opting out of texts doesn't stop emails about your project.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages above. We do not sell your number or share it, or your text-message consent, with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
