These terms are an agreement between you and Georgia Roofing Hub ("we", "us") for using georgiaroofinghub.com and the partner portal (the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
We are an online marketplace. We help homeowners request and compare quotes from independent, licensed roofing contractors ("Roofers"), book inspections and pay online. We are not a roofing contractor, we don't perform or supervise any work, and Roofers are not our employees or agents. The agreement for roofing work is between the homeowner and the Roofer. We verify Roofers' licenses and insurance when they join, but we don't guarantee the quality, safety, timing or legality of any work, quote or warranty.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Give us accurate information, keep your password secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay a deposit or balance, you pay Georgia Roofing Hub, acting as the Roofer's limited agent to collect payment; once your payment succeeds, your obligation to pay the Roofer that amount is satisfied. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include any amounts the Roofer quoted.
Questions about a charge, or a dispute about the work, should go to support@georgiaroofinghub.com first so we can help resolve it with the Roofer. Refunds are handled case by case and depend on the work performed and the agreement between you and the Roofer.
By giving us your email, you agree to receive service emails and in-app notifications about your quotes, leads, jobs and payments. Text messages are sent only if you opt in by ticking the text-message box; consent isn't required to use the Service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. You're responsible for what you post. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share your content to operate and promote the Service. We may remove content that is false, abusive, infringing or otherwise breaks these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant any Roofer's work, and any warranty on roofing work comes from the Roofer or the manufacturer.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Georgia Roofing Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for property damage, injury or losses arising from roofing work performed by a Roofer. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the service fees we received in connection with your project in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to defend and hold Georgia Roofing Hub harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms — and, for Roofers, from the work you perform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@georgiaroofinghub.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date above, and notify you of material changes. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
